Sugarmill Woods, a deed restricted community set in woodland, is 55 miles north of Tampa (an hour's drive on the Suncoast Parkway) and is less than a 2 hours' drive from Orlando, Sanford Airport and, of course, DisneyWorld and the many other attractions that Orlando has to offer.
