The private self-catering rental villa is available for two week periods or longer. The price per week is as follows:

• £400/$650 per week, minimum 2 week rentals
• £1300/$2100 per month

These are all-inclusive rates that cover the provision of broadband internet (computer/laptop not provided), electricity, water, HBO Cable TV, pool heating, telephone (but not charges for international calls that are considered excessive), state tourist taxes and cleaning at the end of your vacation. The rates cover the rental of the villa and are not based on the number of persons using the rental home.

A holding deposit of £50/$80 per week will secure your reservation with the balance due 2 months before your arrival.

A £250/$400 security deposit is also required.
