The self catering rental accommodation is available for two week periods or longer. The price per week is as follows:

• £400 per week for 2 week rentals
• £350 per week for rentals of 3 weeks or more

These are all-inclusive rates that cover the provision of electricity, water, HBO Cable TV, pool heating, telephone (but not charges for long distance and international calls that are considered excessive) and cleaning at the end of your vacation. The rates cover the rental of the villa and are not based on the number of persons using the rental home.

A deposit of £50 per week will secure your reservation with the balance due 8 weeks before your departure.

A refundable £125 security deposit is also required.
